These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website operated by Jeyson Palacio, from Bogotá, Colombia. By accessing or using the site, you accept these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The site
This is a personal and professional site by Jeyson Palacio presenting his portfolio, experience, services and a blog. The content is informational and may be updated or changed at any time.
3. Eligibility
To create an account you must be of legal age or have the authorization of your legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. User accounts
Some features (such as commenting or reacting on the blog) require an account managed through Clerk. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity performed from your account.
5. Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
